THE FIRST FAPI INDUSTRY SURVEY!
The Florida Association of Private Investigators, Inc. (a non-profit corporation) has resolved in unity to improve our industry. Our agenda is to accomplish this mission through collaboration, fair representation, discussion and efforts, because we share a commonality of experiences and livelihood. We choose to be participants rather than observers, leaders rather than followers.
Legislative changes are inevitable as we strive toward perfecting our licensing statute. We are proud and fortunate for the opportunity to have an ongoing dialogue with the Florida Division of Licensing to discuss changes on issues affecting us, our clients, and the public.
F.A.P.I. will never propose rules, regulations or legislation in an attempt to change, modify or alter F.S. 493 without first soliciting the input of its members. This is something that no Florida private investigative association has ever done before!
